Arrival: The apartments are ready for occupancy by 14.00 at the latest.
Departure: We request you to please vacate the apartments by 10.00 on the day of departure. Please leave the apartments in a good condition. We ask you to please strip the beds and to wash up.
Pre-payment: Euro 200,- per apartment per fix booking.
Provided: Bed linen, bath towels and fully-fitted kitchen.
Cot and high-chair free of charge.
Dogs: EUR 3,70 per day without food.
Cancellation charges: Up to 1 months before arrival 40% of total costs, up to 1 week before arrival date 70%, within the last week 90% of total costs. In the event of early departure we charge an empty bed fee for the full stay booked. In the event of filling the apartment no cancellation charges!
